Animal/Pet Recovery

Our Commitment to Helping You Find Your Lost Animal/Pet

We understand how stressful and heartbreaking it can be to lose a beloved pet, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our mission is to help reunite lost animals/pets with their families using advanced thermal drone technology — and we want to be clear about what our service can and cannot do.

While we approach every search with dedication and expertise, we cannot guarantee that your animal/pet will be found. Each situation is unique, and many factors can affect the outcome.

Our thermal drones are designed to detect heat signatures. However due to foliage density, heat signatures can be obscured and they cannot see through buildings, houses, or solid structures. If your animal/pet has been brought indoors, is hiding under a structure or in dense foliage, the drone may not be able to detect them.

Searching for lost animals/pets is a complex process, but having an aerial perspective greatly increases efficiency and improves the chances of success.

By hiring us, you are engaging professional search assistance, specialized technology, and experienced operators — not a guaranteed result.

Once your animal/pet is located, it will be the owners/or responsible party’s, responsibility to physically retrieve them. We will provide their location details and guide you through the recovery process.

We are deeply committed to our work and care about finding your animal/pet as much as you do.

Thank you for placing your trust in us. We’ll do everything in our power to help bring your beloved companion home.

Success Stories

Delilah

On February 3rd, 2026, at about 8 pm, the Town of Albion Dog Control Officer reached out to us about Delilah, an 18-month-old Old English Bulldog, who had been missing for a few hours. Samantha was able to get us in touch with Delilah's family, and we made our way out to help and had the drone in the air by 8:45

With Delilah being new to the area, we were concerned that she didn't know where home is to return to. After about an hour and a half of searching with no sign, we were beginning to hope that she found her way into a structure for shelter and warmth from the cold and snow. As we were doing one last flyover before we called it a night, with plans to resume searching in the morning, we checked an area alongside a creek, and there she was lying down in the middle of a field.

We quickly made our way over to her location and huffed it through several feet of snow to get to her. With a nice, slow, and gentle approach, Delilah was delighted to return home to her family!!!

Before I even made it back to Syracuse, I was delighted with a text from the family that she was already playing and chewing on her bone as if nothing ever happened.
